I’m an amateur automobile road racer running with the SCCA. A lot of us amateur racers are running on pretty thin budgets. Some of us, like me, are running on basically nonexistent budgets. One of the the questions that keeps coming up in this crowd is how to do useful data acquisition without spending a boatload of money.
